Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-8 years of advertising industry experience.
• 2-4 years of Account Supervisor experience in an agency.
• Ability to travel up to 45% locally and nationally.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
• Big-picture brand strategy with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to embody Calcium+Company’s ideals and client values.
• Maintain client confidence and provide strategic guidance on market events.
• Serve as master of the brand story, positioning, and brand strategies.
• Provide master-level preparation tactics, including public speaking and workshops.
• Develop the annual brand plan, staffing/scope-of-work, and manage budgets.
• Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell with other brands’ groups.
• Coach and develop team members across seniority levels.
• Demonstrate understanding of product, data, strategies, and marketplace.
