Job summary

Princeton10, LLP is seeking a Project Director to mentor project managers and oversee the delivery of major pharmaceutical marketing campaigns. You will partner with account and creative leaders to ensure strategic alignment, regulatory compliance, and value for clients, while maintaining budgetary discipline and strong delivery standards.

The role reports to the Head of Project Management and drives PM practices across the team in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–10 years in project management within a pharma marketing agency.
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional client programs.
• Deep knowledge of medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) processes in US/Canada.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Experience with account forecasting and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, high-value pharmaceutical marketing campaigns.
• Mentor project managers and senior PMs; shape PM practices and standards.
• Oversee risks, resolve issues, and safeguard timelines and budgets.
• Own financial oversight for large accounts, including forecasting and margin management.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and internal teams on strategic execution.
