Job summary

DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, is recruiting for a Project Engineering Manager located in Warsaw, IN. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of professional experience.
• Experience delivering complex capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages the site’s capital portfolio and budgets.
• Establishes project governance, scope, milestones, and risk plans.
• Supervises technical execution and resolves complex issues.
• Allocates engineering resources to meet timelines.
• Ensures process design, validation, and production readiness.
• Partners across functions to ensure project completion.
• Leads and develops engineers and project leaders.
