Job summary

Kokosing Industrial, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee onsite construction engineering activities for industrial projects, primarily water/wastewater facilities, in the Baltimore, DC, and Northern Virginia region.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background with 5+ years of heavy industrial project experience; PE is preferred but not required. Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of similar construction engineering experience in Heavy Industrial projects.
• Title, duties, and responsibilities will be refined to reflect your current, and future, career trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Manage project engineering and related personnel functions and activities.
• Ensure project engineering activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule (Primavera P6).
• Provide technical support for construction planning and design; interpretation of design; application of construction methods; resolution and documentation of design conflicts; contractual reviews, etc.
