Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Project Manager for civil/industrial construction projects, including wastewater facilities and large utility works. The role requires planning, directing, and coordinating activities to meet time and budget goals.

Responsibilities include analyzing plans, maintaining schedules, managing costs, and coordinating with subcontractors and owners. A BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 3–5 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a four-year college or university.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil or industrial construction.
• Proficient in CPM scheduling and Primavera Project Planner.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret plans and specifications for projects.
• Maintain and update project schedules with monthly updates and two-week look-ahead planning.
• Monitor costs, productivity data, and prepare periodic cost reports.
• Coordinate submittals, drawings, and change orders with the team.
• Ensure safety and compliance across sites.
