Kokosing Industrial, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive to oversee delivery of large-scale industrial construction, including water/wastewater and flood resilience projects in the NOVA/DC/Baltimore region. You will lead the project delivery team, manage budgets, and maintain client relationships.

The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, and profitability, with potential for profit sharing and a wide range of contract methodologies. Extensive experience and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management.
• Understand and interpret regulations and company policies/standards.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project and company culture through active engagement with team members.
• Coordinate with prime client to facilitate project delivery and establish project objectives.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor project schedules, resources, and CPM-based plans; report to management.
