Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a leading renewable energy EPC firm, seeks a Project Manager to lead utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage and Repowering projects from pre-construction through commissioning. This remote role requires 25-50% travel to field sites.

You will guide project teams to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable outcomes, applying Principle Based Management and strong stakeholder relations from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large EPC or renewable energy capital projects.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Strong leadership with subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver safe, reliable and profitable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality and customer expectations.
• Develop and execute project plans, forecasts and phase-gate deliverables from pre-construction through closeout.
• Apply economic thinking to evaluate cost, risk, schedule and value tradeoffs.
• Build high-performing teams by setting expectations and coaching for contribution.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, utilities and internal partners for disciplined execution.
• Strengthen relationships by resolving challenges and delivering mutual long-term value.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business
