Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Camden, AR is seeking a Lead Project Engineer (Responsible Engineer Authority) to support production programs, overseeing non-conformances and coordinating with the COE and cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for real-time NC prioritization, process optimization, and reliable RCCA actions to keep production moving while ensuring compliance with design and safety standards. On-site role with strong collaboration across engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 9+ years of relevant project engineering experience, or 7+ years with a graduate degree.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related project engineering experience.
• Experience in defense/production environments and RCCA/root cause analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead real-time WIP NC prioritization and repair decisions.
• Drive process optimization and yield improvement across programs.
• Collaborate with COE and cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformances.
• Assist in designing and testing new equipment, processes, and systems.
• Work on site in Camden, AR supporting critical production programs.
• Represent AR Material Review Board processes as needed.
