Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Supervisor, Operations Management for our Camden, AR location. This role leads production area activities to meet goals, quality standards, and cost objectives, prioritizing schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material availability.

The supervisor will plan weekly production, manage team functions, and drive improvements while ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years prior relevant Operations Management experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related Management experience.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.
• Conduct daily safety walks of areas.
• Manage the job functions for each team member and program.
• Plan the production schedule for each week.
• Address all issues reviewed with team.
• Approve team member’s time.
• Review metrics for improvements.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance.
