Job summary

L3Harris Technologies Lead Project Engineer position in Camden, AR, responsibilities include representing the COE in evaluating production non-conformances and coordinating with the Chief Engineer, Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Management teams on corrective actions.

The candidate will be on-site at the Camden facility, supporting critical production programs with a focus on root-cause analysis, RCCA, and real-time process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior related Project Engineering experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related Project Engineering experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related Project Engineering experience.
• Experience with RCCA, non-conformances, and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and resolution of production non-conformances for assigned programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Chief Engineer, Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Product Manager.
• Apply RCCA and corrective actions to keep production moving and minimize downtime.
• Utilize CAD, test equipment, and engineering tools on site to support production programs.
