Responsibilities include translating designs into optimized plans, leading cross‑functional collaboration for manufacturability and on‑time delivery, and driving process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree with 7+ years is preferred.
• Experience translating designs into optimized manufacturing plans, routings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior staff.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of routings, BOMs, work instructions, and planning data in ERP/MRP.
• Translate engineering designs into manufacturing plans, including sequences, labor standards, and tooling needs.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, QA, and Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability and on-time delivery.
• Drive cost reduction, throughput improvements, and higher first-pass yield using Lean tools.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for production issues related to plans and methods.
• Support NPI by validating process plans and participating in DFM/DFA reviews.
