Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret clearance with SCI.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.
• Typically requires STEM degree and 12 years experience or advanced degree with 9 years.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical design authority for CCSS projects.
• Ensure budgets and staffing plans are prepared and executed.
• Lead project controls to meet cost, schedule, quality, and safety goals.
• Develop integrated program plans aligning with business objectives.
