Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, seeks a Project Engineer/Technical PM to act as the design authority for CCSS programs in a hybrid Largo, FL setting. You will ensure plans, budgets and staffing meet objectives, and drive integrated program plans across lifecycle phases.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in STEM, active TS clearance, and strong leadership to engage senior executives and cross-functional teams. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required prior to start date.
• Ability to present to senior leadership and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical interface for CCSS contract with management, customers, and suppliers.
• Plan, oversee and coordinate administrative/operational aspects per program guidelines.
• Develop integrated program plans and communicate progress and metrics.
