Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus four years’ related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Utilizes BIM and LEAN technologies.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead liaison with architects, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and Owner's Representatives to resolve plan-related issues.
• Oversee and interpret contract drawings and subcontract information to ensure alignment with estimates.
• Manage the project budget and submittal processes (RFI, shop drawings, OMs, etc.).
• Coordinate change orders, estimates, approvals and conflicts in interpretation.
• Oversee close-out documentation and maintain quality control records.
• Supervise Assistant Engineers, Engineering Assistants, Plan Clerks and Interns; provide performance feedback.
• Develop scope of work documents for trades and coordinate meetings.
