Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, social work, HR or related field.
• 3+ years of management and supervision in an employment services setting.
• Knowledge of WIOA, talent development and business services; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Career Center programs, including performance management and resource optimization.
• Lead program development, budgeting, and compliance with state/federal guidelines.
• Build partnerships with community organizations to expand outreach and referrals.
• Promote Michigan Works services and maintain relationships with employers to meet labor needs.
• Provide direction to staff and deliver regular performance evaluations.
