- Experience leading projects and coordinating consultants.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Enscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead multifamily and mixed‑use projects through all design phases.
- Translate design concepts into buildable, code‑compliant solutions.
- Serve as primary client and consultant contact.
- Guide teams through design decisions, technical challenges, and milestones.
- Lead production and coordination of construction documents in Revit and related tools.
