Job summary

Boston College's Lynch Leadership Academy seeks an Assistant Director of Program and Operations to provide programmatic leadership and oversee the implementation of key activities, including recruitment, communications, and Fellowship programming.

The Assistant Director supports fiscal, human resources and operational functions, coordinating event logistics, MOUs, invoices, and reconciliations, and serves as the primary liaison with other university units.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management and operations, education and/or non-profit experience preferred
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
• Previous experience supporting financial management preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, application, interview and selection processes for participants.
• Examine program processes and protocols for inequities and implement solutions.
• Lead all logistics so professional development events run smoothly.
• Contribute to proposal and program design for Fellowships and partnerships.
• Support regional and national expansion efforts; help launch pilot initiatives.
• Oversee LLA social media, align with values, strategy and programs.
