The Lynch Leadership Academy seeks an Assistant Director ofProgram and Operations who will be provide programmatic leadership and isresponsible for the implementation of specific program aspects of LynchLeadership Academy, including but not limited to: recruitment and selection,communications, and Fellowship programming. The Assistant Director is responsible for supporting fiscal, humanresources and operational functions associated with the academy. The Assistant Director communicates regularly withUniversity personnel in other departments and is often the primary liaisonbetween LLA and the University especially with items like event logistics,finance, and communication.
