Lynch Leadership Academy seeks a Leadership Coach to contribute to program design, implementation and evaluation, directly coaching leaders and teams. The LC reports to the Executive Director and travels extensively to schools in the Boston area and beyond.

The role focuses on designing and facilitating fellowship experiences, coaching cycles, and collaborative leadership development, with salary in the listed range and a strong emphasis on equity and community impact.

Qualifikationen

• Fellowship Program design and facilitation experience.
• Co‑facilitate multi‑week institutes and professional development days.
• Provide high–impact coaching to leaders and leadership teams.
• Able to travel across MA and adjacent regions.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement and evaluate leadership learning experiences.
• Coach individual leaders and leadership teams on site at schools.
• Analyse data to connect coaching to cohort learning.
