The Arc Of The Ozarks is seeking a Program Supervisor in Springfield, MO. This full-time role oversees client progress, supervises Direct Support Staff in residential sites, and drives implementation and evaluation of treatment and support programs.

You will mentor staff, ensure compliance with state and agency standards, and coordinate interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized support plans. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, education, psychology, social work, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and training skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Track client progress and develop individualized support plans.
• Supervise and coach Direct Support Staff in residential sites.
• Assist in creating and maintaining records, reports, and billing.
• Develop and implement training, performance reviews, and in‑service instruction for staff.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams for ISPs and communicate with families and external agencies.
