Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks is hiring a Behavioral Technician Supervisor to bridge between staff and individuals served in a residential ISL setting. This hourly, non-exempt role involves supervising care, training BSTs, and assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and managing personal funds under program supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited high school or equivalent.
• Six months experience providing direct care, treatment, and habilitation in the human service field.
• Experience with individuals who have intellectual disabilities or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and life skills (cooking, cleaning, hygiene).
• Support individuals and BSTs through training and supervision under the Program Supervisor.
• Help manage medications and personal funds, and maintain records and reports.
