Job summary
The Arc of the Ozarks in Springfield, MO is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee residential and community-based services. This frontline management position tracks client progress, supervises Direct Support staff, and implements treatment and support programs in accordance with DMH-DD standards.
The role offers a starting salary of $62,000 annually, a full-time exempt position with benefits, opportunities for advancement, and a mission-driven workplace dedicated to empowering individuals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human services or related field.
- Five years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
- Experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Valid driver license and insured vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Empower staff to improve self-help skills of individuals served.
- Assist in development of personal plans.
- Hire and coach staff to build a strong team.
- Create and maintain reports and records of individuals served.
- Ensure staff accountability and implement progressive disciplinary actions when needed.
