Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a Program Supervisor in Springfield, MO to lead community and residential services, supervise staff, and ensure quality, person-centered programs for individuals with disabilities. This role emphasizes program design, staff training, and collaboration with families and agencies.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human services or five years of relevant experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or closely related field required or five years of relevant experience substituted for degree.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders, psychiatric disorders, and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with Individualized Supported Living homes is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver license and insured vehicle required for work.

Responsibilities

• Empower staff to improve self-help skills of individuals served.
• Assist in development of personal plans for clients.
• Hire and coach staff to build a top-notch team.
• Create and maintain reports and records of individuals served.
• Ensure Direct Support staff accountability and disciplinary actions as needed.
