Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a Behavioral Technician Supervisor to support individuals with disabilities in residential settings. You will mentor Behavior Support Technicians (BSTs) and supervise ISL activities, focusing on everyday living skills and personal development.

You will coordinate training, implement personal plans, and ensure accurate documentation. The role offers growth, competitive pay, and paid trainings with a strong team around you.

Qualifications

• Six months experience providing direct care, treatment and habilitation in the human service field.
• Diploma from an accredited high school or equivalent.
• Successfully complete CPR and First Aid training.
• Successfully complete courses: Medication Administration, MANDT System, OSHA Health & Safety, Abuse & Neglect.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Supervisor and support ISL teams in day-to-day operations.
• Provide training and support for BSTs and individuals served in activities of daily living.
• Maintain and submit required records and reports.
• Administer medications per agency policy after certification.
• Ensure safety and crisis prevention within the residential setting.
