- Provide strategic programmatic data gathering and analysis to support CC leadership.
- Lead planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of Community Care programs and initiatives.
- Direct resource use, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with VA policies and directives.
- Coordinate EHR modernization and data migration efforts with VA staff and EHR partners.
- Supervise and develop staff, including Supervisory Medical Support Assistants and AMSAs.
