Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems Sector in Huntsville, AL seeks a Quality Program professional to maintain processes across the CHGB portfolio, implement FAI, and verify data to support project delivery. Qualifications

• BS degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years.
• Must be able to solve complex problems and communicate with all management levels.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Experience in ISO9001/AS9100/AS6500 manufacturing environments.
• Populating handwritten or computer-generated inspection reports.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Able to lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
• Resident of North Alabama or willing to relocate to Huntsville, AL area.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining enforcing processes across the CHGB portfolio.
• Developing solutions to complex technical issues affecting multiple areas.
• Communicating with internal teams and client personnel.
• FAI process implementation and verification.
• Reviewing and approving assembly instructions.
• Approving procurement requisitions.
• Verifying data requirements for the PM team.
• Reading and understanding drawings.
• Writing non-conformances and RCCA activities.
• Interfacing with Government and PM customers for delivery compliance.
• Completing CDRL data requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by Quality Program Manager.
