Qualifications

• BS degree and 8–12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6–10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Ability to solve complex problems and communicate with multiple levels of management.
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings; familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100/AS6500 environments.
• Populating handwritten or computer-generated inspection reports; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce processes across the CHGB portfolio.
• Develop solutions to complex technical issues affecting multiple areas.
• Communicate with internal and client teams regarding status and issues.
• Perform FAI, review RCCA, and manage non-conformances.
• Interface with Government and PM customers to ensure delivery compliance.
• Read drawings and complete CDRL data requirements.
