Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Site Manufacturing Quality Manager in Huntsville to lead all program-level quality efforts for production, integration, and delivery. You will manage the quality team, interface with customers and government offices, and drive compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to achieve first-pass yield and mission assurance for defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline in Manufacturing and Quality environment.
• 10–13 years of experience including leadership of quality or mission assurance teams in defense/aerospace production.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO9001 systems, configuration management, and corrective action processes.
• Ability to lead customer interactions with Army quality offices and DCMA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality team and mentor quality engineers to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee program quality management, inspections, test documentation, and corrective actions.
• Interface with external quality stakeholders including US Government Program Office, Customers, Project Office, and DCMA.
