Job summary

Project Genesis, Inc. seeks a RISE Program Manager to lead and oversee our vocational services, develop employer partnerships, and create job sites for clients served by BRS, ABI and SESS programs. You will supervise Job Coaches and coordinate placements and outcomes.

The role requires in-office presence at least two days per week, strong leadership, relationship-building, and the ability to manage program budgets and billing while ensuring high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, business development, or employer outreach preferred.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities or employment services is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• On-site work at least two days per week; travel within CT may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and support Job Coaches and Job Developers.
• Develop relationships with employers to create employment and career exploration opportunities.
• Coordinate client placements, interviews, and job development activities.
• Collaborate with BRS counselors and referral partners.
• Monitor satisfaction, program quality, outcomes, and contract compliance.
• Manage staff schedules, workloads, and professional development.
• Oversee program revenue, expenses, staffing, and monthly billing.
• Promote services through networking and community outreach.
• Participate in intakes, assessments, and activities supporting employment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records in line with agency policies.
