Job summary

RISE Services LLC is seeking an experienced Employment Program Manager to lead employment services in Fairfax and surrounding Northern Virginia communities. You will oversee a team, supervise Employment Specialists and Job Coaches, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience providing supported employment or related services.
• Strong supervisory and leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a substantial billable caseload alongside supervision.
• Proficiency with documentation and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered employment services to individuals with disabilities.
• Maintain an active caseload and complete at least 30 billable hours weekly.
• Supervise Employment Specialists and Job Coaches assigned to Fairfax area.
• Assign cases and monitor staff schedules, service delivery, and caseload capacity.
• Ensure timely job development, coaching, and follow-along support.
• Review progress notes and billing-related records for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure documentation complies with policies, funder requirements, and state regulations.
• Develop employer relationships and coordinate with referral sources and community partners.
• Participate in client, staff, and employer meetings and planning sessions.
• Travel throughout the service area to meet clients, staff, and partners.
