Job summary

RISE Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator to provide on-site vocational training support and development of employment-focused plans for students in the Vocational Skills program.

You will coordinate intakes, manage caseloads, and collaborate with families and worksites to promote placement opportunities. Responsibilities include developing transition plans, facilitating job readiness activities, and ensuring documentation and compliance with CARF and agency standards.

Qualifications

• CPR & First Aid training within first 30 days of hire.
• Reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance.
• Class E Driver's license within 30 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; experience with disability populations or social services highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform client intakes, vocational training, and VR services for students.
• Manage support caseloads of 10–20 students.
• Work with stakeholders, students, and families to develop Person Centered Support Plans with vocational and career goals.
• Develop relationships to promote program training and employment opportunities in the community.
• Provide direct support to students along the continuum from classroom to employment or training.
