The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, budgeting, and ongoing process improvement to support Genesis program success in North America.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred.
• Overall 10+ years of experience.
• 2-5 years in vehicle program management or related field.
• 7-10+ years in the automotive industry.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Proven record delivering complex programs and projects.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Knowledge of program management methodologies, tools and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs.
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Curious and committed to learning new things.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of program analysts with guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee execution of complex vehicle programs to meet targets.
• Prepare and deliver reports to management.
• Drive alignment on program issues, features, and specs.
• Develop and implement PM frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Review performance and drive process improvements.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication on status and milestones.
• Manage budgets, resources, and forecasting.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment and continuous learning.
• Stay current with industry trends to drive innovation.
