Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program management or related field.
• 7–10+ years in the automotive industry.
• Previous leadership experience leading teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of program analysts to drive performance.
• Oversee execution of complex vehicle programs and projects.
• Prepare reports for executive management and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement program management frameworks and best practices.
• Manage budgets, resources, and forecasting for programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define objectives and timelines.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and ensure on-time delivery.
