Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. seeks a Vehicle Engineering Program Management Manager to lead a portion of the Program Management team. You will oversee complex vehicle programs, drive on-time delivery, and mentor a team of analysts.

You will build program management frameworks, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and forecasting, and communicate with executives to align strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in vehicle program management.
• 7-10+ years in the automotive industry.
• Proven leadership experience directing teams.
• Track record delivering complex programs on time.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of program analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and implement program management frameworks and best practices.
• Prepare and deliver reports to executive management.
• Define objectives, scope, and success criteria with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage budgets, resources, and forecasting to meet financial targets.
• Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders and provide updates.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
