The Jericho Project is seeking a Program Director to lead the overall development and daily operations at the site. This role supervises all staff and ensures ongoing case management for residents with mental health and substance use histories.

The position requires a Master’s in Human Services (MSW preferred) with substantial supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects within a housing-first framework.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Human Services required or equivalent.
• MSW preferred.
• Extensive experience in human services with substance use histories.
• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with standard computer tools.

Mansioni

• Oversee overall development and daily site operations and supervise staff.
• Develop and implement program services aligned with Housing First principles.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity of services; apply Harm Reduction and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and funder requirements; prepare documentation.
• Lead data collection, reporting, and performance monitoring for funding sources.
• Provide weekly clinical supervision and staff training; manage staffing needs and budgets.
• Collaborate with Property Management to support tenants’ lease terms and housing stability.
• Develop relationships with community organizations and providers to meet resident goals.
• Be available for tenant emergencies and participate in program director meetings.
