HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Lead Program Control Manager in Virginia Beach, VA. The role leads a team of Project Controllers and acts as the CFO for the programs, overseeing planning, cost control, scheduling, and reporting to ensure performance aligns with contracts and government guidelines. Hybrid work arrangement available.

The position requires senior-level experience, DoD clearance eligibility, and strong financial management skills across GAAP, FAR, and related policies.

Formación

• 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.
