Patriot Group International LLC (PGI) is seeking a Program Control Analyst (Mid-Level) to join our finance team in Herndon, VA with a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on program forecasting, cost management, and funding visibility across a portfolio of U.S. Government contracts.

You will partner with Program Managers to keep programs financially healthy and compliant. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of program control/finance experience, strong Excel and reporting skills, and the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field.
5+ years of program/project control or financial analysis experience supporting a U.S. Government contractor, with hands-on experience in FFP, T&M, and Cost-Plus contract types.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, forecasting).
Experience with Smartsheet, or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze EACs, forecasts, and variance analyses to support program financial management and planning.
Manage forecasts and financial performance for multiple programs with different contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Plus).
Establish and manage charge numbers, monitor actual costs against budgets, and process cost transfers.
