Job summary

HII Mission Technologies in the United States is seeking an entry-level Project Controller to support a range of projects, manage cost, schedule, and funding, and work closely with Program Managers and cross-functional teams. Remote or hybrid work is allowed after training.

You will develop cost plans, set up work packages, and produce timely forecasts and variance analyses, with opportunities to interact with Contracts, Procurement, and Finance teams across programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with Bachelor's in related field; 1+ year with Masters; or 7+ years with HS diploma.
• Active DoD Secret clearance ability required.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; budgeting, forecasting, EAC.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-team collaboration.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost, schedule, funding planning, and analyses to Program Managers.
• Assist with project setup and contract requirement adherence.
• Prepare EAC and monthly forecasts; monitor funding status.
• Identify risks and collaborates for resolution.
• Support in contract modifications and forecasting reviews.
• Create variance analyses and reporting.
• Develop CDLR deliverables and ensure timely submissions.
• Support PMO with ad hoc financial analyses.
