Job summary
NiCE seeks a Lead Professional Services Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize analytics software in cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise environments for enterprise clients. You will lead installations, configurations, and performance tuning while working across product, data engineering, and platform teams.
You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, ensure security workflows, and enable customers to achieve scalable, reliable deployments—often requiring weekend work and occasional travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years enterprise system administration/technology experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication in high-stakes situations.
- Willingness for weekend work and travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of analytics suite across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
- Troubleshoot production issues across networks, servers, databases, and integrations.
- Collaborate with product, data engineering and platform teams to improve performance and scalability.
- Work hands-on with enterprise clients to design and optimize data, analytics, and security workflows.
