Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the initial deployment and enablement of ServiceNow/Pyramid Analytics projects. You will balance technical depth, project management, and client relationship skills to ensure smooth onboarding and early value for customers.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with Sales, Success, and Professional Services, oversee scoping, define timelines, create statements of work, and drive adoption of analytics across customer environments.

• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Professional Services to optimize engagements and reduce deployment risks.
• Define objectives, timelines and implementation plans; develop statements of work for onboarding and other services.
