Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Analytics Platform. This role focuses on AI-native services, prototypes, and internal adoption across NiCE application teams and enterprise customers.

You will own the strategy, roadmaps, and discovery, turning customer insight into validated prototypes and clear specifications for development.

The ideal candidate blends product instincts with hands-on AI capabilities and the credibility to engage governance, risk, and data science functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience owning a product with adoption/usage metrics.
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers as a technical SME.
• Experience building AI-native prototypes and running evaluation cycles.
• Ability to produce detailed product specifications for engineering.
• Experience with version control and development workflows.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed global organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Analytics Platform service area.
• Produce and maintain the service specifications from prototyping.
• Own domain expertise for AI capabilities and performance.
• Identify adopters, remove blockers, drive adoption.
• Track active applications consuming services and grow usage.
• Define and communicate value: accuracy, latency, reliability.
• Maintain visibility into cost and provide data to support adoption decisions.
• Engage enterprise customers as Analytics Platform expert in meetings.
• Represent the platform in customer-facing sales meetings and events.
• Validate ideas with real customers before engineering cycles.
• Design and run AI evaluation cycles.
