Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Lead Production to manage the safe, efficient operation of the tube mill/roll forming department on a 3rd shift (Mon-Thu 4:00pm–3:30am). You will drive performance metrics and align priorities with production demand.

Ideal candidates have high school or equivalent, 1+ year in tube mill/roll forming, 1–3 years mill setups, and ability to lead 10+ employees. Lean and 5-S training are a plus; strong communication and safety focus required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in tube mill or roll forming processes.
• 1–3 years involved with mill setups and manufacturing processes.
• Able to effectively manage people and challenges.
• Lean training and 5-S training are a plus.
• Excellent reading and comprehension of English job terminology.

Responsibilities

• Direct the safe and efficient operation of the department.
• Monitor and drive plant performance indicators to align with production demand.
• Lead and coach 10+ employees on daily tasks and safety.
• Communicate production needs to support other groups and timelines.
