Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA is seeking a Lead Production to direct the safe and efficient operation of a production department in Tulsa, OK. The role involves overseeing 10+ employees, training staff on mill operations, and driving plant performance to meet demand.

The position requires strong organization, problem solving, and adherence to safety and quality standards. First shift is Monday–Thursday 4:00am–2:30pm or weekend shift Friday–Sunday 5:00am–5:00pm; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience in tube mill or roll forming processes.
• Experience leading 10+ employees at a time.
• Ability to push through projects with dedication, quality and consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and daily problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Direct the safe and efficient operation of the department.

# Lead ProductionAmeristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Lead Production. This position will be responsible for directing the safe and efficient operation of department, performing simple production operations. This position will also monitor and drive plant performance indicators and align priorities with production demand. **This will be a 1st shift position: Monday – Thursday 4:00am – 2:30pm.
