Join to apply for the Lead Production Technician role at Henkel.

This position is with our Consumer Brands business unit, focusing on Laundry & Home Care and Hair products. It involves coordinating workflow, executing maintenance schedules, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. The role requires working 12-hour shifts with potential overtime, specifically on Shift 25 (Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and alternating Wednesdays from 6:45 AM to 7 PM MST).

Responsibilities include:

1. Meeting production schedules by monitoring line performance and resolving issues.
2. Completing training to operate all production equipment safely and effectively.
3. Performing start-up, shut-down, and adjustments on equipment, and monitoring performance.
4. Training others on equipment operation.
5. Conducting basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
6. Ensuring quality standards are met and documenting accordingly.
7. Mentoring staff and escalating complex issues.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of equipment operation experience in manufacturing.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience and 6 months to 1 year of lead experience.
• Knowledge of Lean principles, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks.
