We are currently seeking an experienced Audiovisual Installation Lead Technician to support our team at multiple locations across the United States. This role will require up to 85% travel to customer locations across the United States.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

• As an Audiovisual Installation Lead Technician, your role involves the installation of audiovisual systems and leading project assignments.
• This includes coordinating with clients, interpreting technical diagrams, and leading a team in mounting and configuring equipment.
• You would be responsible for ensuring proper cable management, troubleshooting system issues, and training clients on system usage and QA.
• Staying updated on industry advancements and adhering to safety standards during installations are also essential aspects of the role.

Minimum Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AV industry, at least 5 years of AV lead experience.
• 85% travel is required to customer locations across the United States.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen and be able to clear a background check.
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are key attributes for this position.

Desired Qualifications

• CTS and BICSI certifications are a plus.

Physical Demands

• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
