We are seeking an experienced Lead Installation Technician at our Salt Lake City, UT facility.

Job Summary

Manage team and workload for installing Hot and Cold Aisle containment in Mission Critical Environments. Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of installations. Domestic travel required weekly, with availability from Sunday through Saturday depending on project needs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee field team onsite.
2. Coordinate with Project Managers to understand project expectations.
3. Arrange travel logistics for installation technicians (PPE, flights, hotels, rentals).
4. Submit necessary documentation.
5. Communicate with departments and participate in weekly meetings.
6. Develop and share installation plans with onsite teams.
7. Address installation issues promptly.
8. Inform relevant parties of changes.
9. Promote safety standards.
10. Conduct quality checks of installations.
11. Manage expenses and reports.
12. Train new hires and less experienced technicians on product installs.

Required Experience

• Leadership of installation crews on varied projects.
• Training team members on new tasks.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Construction experience preferred.

Required Education
