We are searching for an experienced LEAD Installation Technician at our Salt Lake City, UT facility.

Job Summary

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage team and workload for installing Hot and Cold Aisle containment in Mission Critical Environments.
2. Ensure safety, quality, and timely installation onsite.
3. Weekly domestic travel required; availability from Sunday to Saturday depending on project needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee field team onsite.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to understand project expectations.
• Coordinate travel logistics for installation techs (PPE, flights, hotel, car rentals).
• Submit necessary documentation.
• Communicate with departments and participate in weekly meetings.
• Draft and share installation plans with onsite teams.
• Resolve installation issues promptly.
• Communicate changes to PM, Site Service Supervisor, and Techs.
• Prioritize safety and quality checks.
• Manage expenses and prepare expense reports.
• Train new hires and less experienced technicians on various installations.

Required Experience

• Leadership experience with installation crews of various project sizes.
• Experience training team members.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows.

Required Education

High School Diploma minimum; Associate's or higher preferred.
