The CMO Engineering Line Lead role involves leading the engineering team, coordinating capital projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the line.

Location is Spokane, WA, on site, with a standard weekday day shift. The position offers a competitive salary with a 10% annual bonus and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or similar engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Pharmaceutical experience.
• FDA regulated Industry experience.
• Facility engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and leadership to the engineering team responsible for the CMO line.
• Drive technical improvements and responses to equipment and facility observations.
• Manage assigned capital project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise engineering resources for current and upcoming projects.
• Ensure compliance of area, equipment and infrastructures with regulatory agencies.
• Execute high level projects in line with management objectives for growth.
• Support client audits and technical visits.
