Job summary

Legrand in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor II to lead daily operations in the Data Center Power and Control Team on first shift. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing labor, machines, and resources to meet production schedules.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, 2+ years in leadership, and sheet metal experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred; SAP knowledge is helpful. The position offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience effectively leading others.
• Sheet metal manufacturing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within assigned department(s).
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and housekeeping practices.
• Meet production schedules by allocating labor, machines and resources.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, schedule attainment, labor efficiency, OEE, scrap, downtime.
• Ensure parts meet specs and quality standards; support root cause analysis.
• Coordinate inventory transactions via SAP; support cycle counts and material handling.
• Lead, coach and develop employees; encourage teamwork and continuous learning.
• Maintain equipment and tooling and ensure preventive maintenance.
• Comply with policies and applicable laws and maintain a clean, safe environment.
