Cadrex is seeking a Production Supervisor in Wisconsin to lead and motivate the floor team toward quality, productivity, safety, and continuous improvement. You will manage daily operations, set priorities, and collaborate with QA, maintenance, and leads to meet customer requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, floor training, and routine reporting. On-site, with strong emphasis on safety and process control, you’ll drive efficiency and standard work across shifts.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a production supervision role in manufacturing.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to read blueprints and write routine reports.
• Knowledge of Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Inventory, and Manufacturing software.

• Develops and executes plans to meet department goals of quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Balances quality, productivity, safety and morale to achieve results.
• Ensures adherence to schedules and customer service requirements.
• Identifies bottlenecks, defects, safety hazards and equipment problems.
• Provides on-the-floor training and coaches staff on standards and documentation.
